LetsGoHangout, Inc (“Letsgohangout,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Lets go hangout website and web application. You can reach us at support@letsgohangout.com. A postal address is available upon legally valid request.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Lets go hangout. You agree to provide accurate information about yourself and to keep your account information current.

Lets go hangout is designed for meeting new friends in real life through scheduled Dinner and Coffee events curated by the Lets go hangout team. Events bring small groups together at public venues such as restaurants and coffee shops. It is not a dating service. You agree not to use the Service to pursue romantic, sexual, or commercial purposes, or to harass, harm, or mislead other people.

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials safe. You may close your account at any time by contacting support@letsgohangout.com. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree not to: impersonate others, post unlawful or hateful content, attempt to access other accounts, scrape the Service, or interfere with its operation. We may remove content or restrict features without notice when needed to keep the community safe.

Lets go hangout schedules Dinner and Coffee events at public venues, but is not a party to them. We do not screen attendees beyond basic account checks and we do not guarantee attendance, compatibility, or any particular outcome. You are responsible for your own decisions and behaviour at events, including what information you share. Please use common sense — attend at the scheduled venue and time, tell someone you trust where you’ll be, and leave if anything feels off.

You keep ownership of the content you submit. By submitting content to Lets go hangout, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, store, display, and process it as needed to run the Service.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material we will let you know inside the app or by email. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the new Terms.
